Why 18K Gold Looks Paler Than 22K

Eighteen karat looks paler. A quarter isn't gold. Twenty-two karat is ninety-one point six percent gold. Eighteen karat is seventy-five. The rest is metals like silver and copper, which dilute that deep yellow. Why use it? It's harder, and holds diamonds better. Today, twenty-two karat is about four sixty-eight a gram, eighteen karat about three eighty-four dirhams. Team twenty-two or team eighteen?
