GoldTrack UAE uses analytics tools to understand aggregate site traffic, page performance, and visitor behavior. These tools may collect standard technical information such as IP address, device type, browser type, referral source, approximate location, and pages visited.

Feedback survey

Returning visitors may occasionally see a small, optional feedback prompt, and anyone can open it from the "Share feedback" link in the footer. If you choose to submit it, we store your answers (usefulness rating, requested features, and any comment), the page you were on, your screen size, an approximate count of your visits, and your email address only if you enter one to receive a reply. Responses are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), are not publicly readable, are used only to improve GoldTrack, and are never sold or used for advertising. Whether the prompt has been shown, dismissed, or answered is remembered in your browser's local storage so it does not ask again. To have a response deleted, contact us via the Contact page.

Data retention and third parties

GoldTrack UAE does not require visitors to create accounts to use public pricing pages. If a visitor chooses to use the personal gold tracker, authentication and saved holding records are handled through Firebase services. Some data is also processed by third-party providers such as hosting, analytics, and advertising partners in order to operate the site.
